As mentioned on my blog, I have an addiction to french macarons and anything macaron-related.
Although I absolutely love them, I admit that they can be a real pain in the ___ to make sometimes due to their finicky nature. As a baker, the macaron has kept me humble and I’ve learned a lot in my quest to master baking this wonderful little treat. I’ll be sharing my experiences on my blog as I continue to learn new things each time I bake a new batch of french macarons.
